It was a Tuesday night just like any other, except that it wasn’t! John Green and brother Hank Green parked their amazing tour bus outside of The Town Hall in Times Square to kick off the “Turtles All The Way Down” book tour with us!

Somewhere in all the hustle and bustle of getting ready for the night, John found time to share a bit about himself with us (see below). Before we knew it, it was 7PM, and time to start the show!

What is your latest book?

Turtles All the Way Down

First thing you ever wrote?

A story called “It Just Isn’t Fair,” which was about a kid who became popular after acquiring a Swatch watch.

What did you edit out of this book?

A shoot-out at Chuck-E-Cheese, among many many other things.

What was your dream job as a child?

Earthworm scientist.

Best advice?

“The only way out is through.” — Robert Frost
